The flat
is situated on the ground floor of a large traditional villa entered from
an attractive communal hallway, with a private patio to the rear, and consists
of the following accomodation:-

This room is smaller and has a cosy cottage feel. There are two single beds
(one stored under the other), and again there is a fitted wardrobe and a chest
of drawers. This room also has a front facing window.
All beds have a 13.5 tog duvet.
BEDROOM
1:
The room has a large window facing the front of the property. This is a twin
bedded room with a third bed stored under another, that easily pulls out.
There is a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
KITCHEN/DINING
ROOM:
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge,
freezer, washing machine and iron. All dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking
ware etc. are provided.
The dining area which sits 6-8 people is to the rear of the kitchen with French
doors leading to the patio. Garden furniture is provided.
LOUNGE:
This is a very large, elegant yet comfortable room with tall bright windows
overlooking the patio and gardens beyond. A TV, video and music system are
provided.
The bathroom
is attractively decorated and has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
All appartments
lead from the hall which is a good size with an intercom for the security
door entry system and the central heating thermostat.
